SN11 flight failed

ree

SpaceX lost the fourth Starship in a row and this time the rocket did not even reach the ground - not as a piece at least. It is not yet clear exactly what went wrong, but it is certain that many things went wrong. The fog in Texas' Boca Chica was very dense, preventing cameras from recording what happened. The winds were strong and something went wrong with one of the Raptor engines according to Elon Musk.

The Starship SN11 was launched and about six minutes later all contact was lost and the livestream video was interrupted. A deafening roar was heard, and seconds after the rocket wreckage fell around the launch site, fortunately no one was injured or seriously injured. SpaceX urged Boca Chica residents not to approach pieces of the rocket if they found them and to call authorities.

SpaceX will continue testing the next prototype, with the ultimate goal of joining the Starship with a Super Heavy rocket, creating the spacecraft that will take astronauts to the Moon and Mars.
