The first man-made spacecraft to fly to another planet proved that it can withstand the extremely low temperatures of the night on Mars, which reach -90 degrees Celsius. The development of Ingenuity on the surface of the Red Planet took almost a week, to finally detach from the "belly" of the Perseverance rover. Now that he has managed to spend his first night without problems, NASA engineers can take a breath and concentrate on his first flight, which will take place on April 11.
